As a wedding planner, otherwise known as wedding coordinator or bridal consultant, we assist brides in all aspects of planning their weddings. We provide advice and assistance with aquiring attire, invitations, decorations, music, food, and other aspects of the wedding. Consultants working for bridal shops, catering facilities or department stores may be called bridal consultants, but brides should ask what exactly it is that these consultants will supply. Not all wedding planners are alike!
So, why do I need a planner? In a word, stress! Almost every bride today has had a vision of their wedding day since childhood. She sees only the beauty and the glamour of being “Queen for a Day” in her vision.
Unfortunately, to get to all of the beauty of a perfect wedding day, it takes between 100 and 200 hours of planning. Once realized, this is when the panic sets in and the dynamics change greatly.

Day of Coordination Services
We offer day of coordination at the request of our clients. If you have already contracted with all of your vendors, Pierce Events can provide the oversight and assurance that eveything goes as planned.
Our Day of Coordination provides two people onsite all day. It allows us to have one person at the wedding location, while our second team member is making sure your reception expecations are met.
We develop an itinerary, confirm commitments, direct all vendors and double-check all the details, decisions, and services. We formulate a master plan for the entire day so that you can rest assured the details are in place and all aspects will be professionally managed. We take care of everything so you can enjoy the day!
We do not book more than one wedding per weekend in order at assure clients our full attention. We can also work with you to provide any services that may have been missed, or changes that need to be made.
